tomatoes and green chilies, add 1 pound of cheese which has been melted in a double boiler.
Mix together.
Cut Velveeta into small squares.
Melt in crock-pot for 1 hour with sauce, Ro-Tel and powder.
Brown ground beef.
Rinse and drain. Add to cheese sauce. Serve with chips or tacos.
Brown hamburger meat and sausage. Drain. Mix with cheese and cheese dip. Heat on low until cheese melts. Eat with tortilla chips.
Combine first 4 ingredients in small cup.
Stir.
Discard tip and cut wings apart at joints.
Brush sauce over both sides of chicken pieces.
Place pieces in 3 1/2 Quart slow cooker.
Cover, Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours until tender.
Serve from slow cooker.

Makes 1 1/8 cups.

Brown meat in skillet. Drain. Add taco mix and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Add nacho cheese dip and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Heat and empty into bowl or pour into crockpot on low heat.

Place Rotel tomatoes (do not drain) in a microwave safe dish.
Microwave on high until scalding hot, about 3-5 minutes. (Time may vary depending on microwave.).
Cube Velveeta and place in a blender.
Add garlic powder, cumin and scalding hot rotel.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Feel free to adjust spices & amounts to suit your taste, just don't forgo the method.
Serve with you favorite chips.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
In a large microwave safe bowl, add rotel and soup and heat on high for 5 minutes.
Then add cheese and heat on high for 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
Also great when you add your favorite chili to it. Just mix 1-1/2 cups of your favorite chili to cheese dip and heat up.
