Rotel Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 can (10 oz.) RoTel diced tomatoes and green chilies
    Tortilla chips, crackers or vegetables
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine cheese and tomatoes.
    Heat over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
    Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or vegetables.
    Makes about 2 cups of dip.
