Saute chopped onions and celery in butter until
melted.
Add seasonings and meat.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add evaporated milk. Simmer 10 minutes.
Add cheese, Velveeta and Parmesan cheese. Cook until thickens.
Serve over noodles.

Shrimp Fettuccine

Cook fettuccine as directed; set aside.
In a large pot, melt butter and saute onion and bell peppers for 15 minutes.
Add garlic, crab and shrimp and cook for 10 minutes.
