Crawfish Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oleo
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    3 small onions, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 jalapeno peppers, sliced
    2 c. milk
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    3 lb. crawfish (shrimp, crab or a combination)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. fettuccine, cooked
    salt, black pepper and red pepper to taste
Preparation
    In heavy pan, saute vegetables in butter until tender.
    Add crawfish; saute until done.
    Add milk and mushroom soup.
    Bring to a low boil; reduce heat and add cheese (cubed).
    Season well and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add fettuccine; toss and serve.
    Can be served with green salad and hot rolls or garlic bread.
