Ruth'S Fettuccine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
1 tsp. olive oil
3/4 lb. Velveeta Italiana process cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
9 oz. cooked and drained fettuccine noodles
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook and stir garlic in oil on low heat until light brown. Stir in Velveeta Italiana process cheese, milk and Parmesan cheese.
Add fettuccine and mix lightly.
Top with 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle parsley on top.
Serve immediately.
