Cajun Fettuccine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken or shrimp, cubed
3 ribs celery
2 medium onions
1/2 stick butter
1 Tbsp. black pepper
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. basil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans evaporated milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
6 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
hot sauce to taste
1 pkg. fettuccine
Preparation
-
Saute chopped onions and celery in butter until
melted.
Add seasonings and meat.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add evaporated milk. Simmer 10 minutes.
Add cheese, Velveeta and Parmesan cheese. Cook until thickens.
Serve over noodles.
