Brown ground beef.
Add chunks of Velveeta cheese and the can of green chilies and chopped tomatoes.
Melt and serve with Doritos.
A crock-pot works well.
Brown hamburger and drain.
Place in crock-pot.
Cut up block of Velveeta cheese and place in crock-pot along with jar of salsa. Cook on high until good and melted while adding a little milk to help.
Serve with corn chips.
Mix Velveeta and salsa in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring after 3 minutes.
Serve hot with assorted cut-up vegetables, toasted chips or tortilla chips.

Variation: For Velveeta chili dip, prepare as directed, substituting your favorite variety of canned chili (with or without beans, regular or spicy) for the salsa.
Heat until all cheese is melted and all ingredients are blended.

Add the Cubed Velveeta Cheese and the Hormel Chili.
Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes and place in a microwave-safe dish.
Pour Ro-Tel tomatoes on top of the cheese.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes, then stir.
Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Keep doing this until all the cheese has melted.
Pour dip on top of chips in a bowl or on plate or dip each chip separately in bowl of dip.

Add the drained ground beef and the salsa.
Add anything else you are going to put in the dip.
Turn the crock-pot on high until the cheese is melted, then turn it down on low.
Be sure to stir the cheese while it is melting.

Drain extra grease off of ground beef.

Add margarine to make mixture loose.
If you desire dip to be thinner, add a few drops of milk slowly!
Drain a little of the juice from the tomatoes.
Mix cheese and tomatoes in double boiler; cook until melted.

Heat the cubed cheese and milk in a heavy pan to melt cheese. Add the remaining ingredients.

Cook bacon and onions together. Cook hamburger meat in bacon and onion drippings. In a crock-pot, chop up Velveeta cheese. Add bacon, onions and hamburger. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and black pepper. Cook until cheese is melted or ingredients are
thick as dip.
Saute meats and onion.
Melt soup, Ro-Tel and Velveeta cheese. Mix meat mixture and cheese mixture.

Stir until cheese starts to melt; stir in fiesta nacho cheese soup.

Put ground beef back into pan and put Velveeta cheese in with the ground beef on medium heat. add the enchilada sauce and chili.
