Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (hot or medium)
    1 lb. Italian sausage or 1 lb. lean hamburger
Preparation
    Melt Velveeta cheese in a crock-pot.
    Brown meat and drain off the grease.
    Add meat and salsa to the Velveeta cheese.
    Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.
    Keep the crock-pot on low. Serve with tacos or tortilla chips.
