Roll tips in flour and salt.
Pan-fry onions and garlic in oil. Remove and add meat, browning evenly.
Place meat in casserole dish.
Combine 2 tablespoons flour with drippings in pan.
Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook until thickened.
Add onions, mushrooms and garlic and pour over beef tips.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, covered.
When done, mix sour cream with gravy in casserole and reheat.
Serve over hot noodles.
Add a little sour cream to moisten and flavor noodles.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a 13x9 inch casserole dish, combine the mushroom and beef onion soups, canned mushrooms and water. Mix thoroughly and add beef tips. Turn to coat well.
Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour.
While beef tips are baking, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Serve beef tips and sauce over noodles.
Brown sirloin tips in oil and place in a baking dish.

Add cooking wine.
Mix together beef bouillon cube, water and flour; add to meat.

Mix all ingredients in large sealable bag.
Shake well.
Add sirloin tips.

Cut sirloin tips into strips.
Add the remaining ingredients. Cook in 300\u00b0 oven for 3 to 4 hours, covered.

Cut steaks into 1/2 inch cubes.
Mix flour, salt, pepper, & garlic salt into bowl.
Roll cubes in mixture and fry just enough to sear on all sides and place in large roaster.
Mix the Au Jus and Brown gravy with water and pour over steak.
Add onion and celery. Cover.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Mix Country Style Gravy with 1 cup water and add to roaster. Stir slightly.
Continue cooking for additional hour.
Prepare noodles as directed.
Serve the beef tips over the noodles.

In a 2 1/2 quart saucepan, saute garlic in hot oil.
Add meat. Brown thoroughly over medium heat.
Mix together remaining ingredients and add to meat.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour or until meat is tender.

Trim all fat from sirloin and cut into pieces approximately

Add meat and quickly brown meat for about one minute.
Remove from heat.
Mix remaining ingredients in a casserole dish.
Add meat to casserole and stir together.
Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for one hour or until tender.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.

Place tips in a plastic bag, add flour, salt and pepper and shake well, insuring that all tips are coated.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add tips and mushrooms and stir until all tips have browned. Leave oil and flower mixture in pan.
Add water, wine and dry soup mixture. Stir well, cover pan and reduce heat to a simmer.
Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring ocassionally and adding water, if needed.
Serve tips and gravy over rice, pasta, or baked potato.
