Sauteed Sirloin Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sirloin tips
    2 cans mushroom soup
    3/4 c. sherry
    1 c. water
    3 medium onions, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Saute sirloin tips.
    Add mushrooms, onions, mushroom soup, sherry, garlic salt and water.
    Simmer, covered, for 2 hours. Serves 8.
