Sirloin Tips Over Rice Or Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

about 1/2 to 1 lb. sirloin steak, cubed or 1 pkg. precut into cubes sirloin steak
1 can beef broth
1 can mushrooms
1/4 to 1/2 c. red wine
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
dash of garlic powder
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
about 5 oz. warm water (to mix with cornstarch for gravy)
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Brown meat in oil in Dutch oven or stew pot. Add beef broth, wine and soy sauce.
Simmer for about 1/2 hour or until meat is tender. Add mushrooms, green pepper and garlic powder.
Let simmer for another 15 minutes.
Mix cornstarch and water. Add to sirloin mixture. Stir until thickened. Serve over warm rice or egg noodles.
