Gourmet Sirloin Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin tips, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute garlic in hot oil over medium heat for 30 seconds.
    Add meat and quickly brown meat for about one minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a casserole dish.
    Add meat to casserole and stir together.
    Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for one hour or until tender.
    Serve over egg noodles or rice.
    Makes 4 small servings or 2 large.
