Seafood Linguine(Low-Fat)

Cook linguine as you would.
In frying pan chop up garlic and put teaspoon of oil when garlic cooked.
Use 2 seafood bouillon for each bouillon you need 2 cups of boiling water to it so you would need four cups of boiling water.
Put water and bouillon in frying pan once bouillons dissolved.
Add your fish.
Once shrimp or whatever fish you use is done just pour it over linguine.
It tastes just like oil and garlic and very low in fat.

Prepare linguine according to package directions.
In heavy skillet, heat oil over high heat.
Add garlic and onions; cook, stirring for about 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes and basil; cook, stirring for about 1 minute.
Add seafood and cook, stirring until seafood is hot and, if using raw, turn pink.
Sprinkle with scallions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon over hot linguine.

Saute garlic and parsley, that have been finely chopped, in olive oil in a large frying pan over low heat.
Clean and devein shrimp.
Add crabmeat, shrimp and scallops to olive oil; saute until shrimp and scallops are no longer translucent, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Cook linguine as per instructions on box.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to water as the noodles will not stick to each other.
Drain and rinse noodles to serve.
Place linguine on plate and spoon seafood on top.
May also be served chilled.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, and cook for 3 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic until tender. Stir in cream, and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Add imitation crab, shrimp, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until heated through.
Transfer cooked linguine to a serving platter, and top with seafood sauce. Garnish with parsley.

1. In large saucepot, combine tomatoes, wine or clam juice, parsley, oil, garlic, salt, basil, and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add fish; cook 5 minutes. Add shrimp and scallops; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque. Stir in olives.

Add shrimp, scallops, and cream.
Cook until fish turns pink and cream starts to thicken.
Taste for seaoning (may want to add salt and pepper, to taste).
Serve over linguine.

Heat olive oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and saute until onion is golden brown, about 6 minutes.
Stir in flour and coriander and cook 1 minute.
Add wine and cream and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add shrimp and scallops and simmer until shrimp are cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
Mix in parsley.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour over linguine and serve.
