Seafood Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, diced
    1/2 bunch green scallions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh or dried parsley
    1 bottle clam juice
    2 cans chopped clams
    8 oz. crab meat
    8 oz. scallops or shrimp (shrimp can be chopped)
    3/4 lb. linguine (or spaghetti, if preferred)
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic, green scallions in olive oil.
    Add parsley and clam juice; simmer about 10 minutes.
    Add clams, crab meat and remaining seafood and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
    In another pot, bring water to a boil.
    Add pasta and cook according to directions on package.
    Drain pasta; add seafood mixture and mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
