Seafood Linguine - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguine
6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) margarine
1 small onion, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 lb. crab legs or imitation crab meat
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Prepare linguine as directed.
Meanwhile, in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat in hot butter or margarine, cook onion until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in flour until blended; cook 1 minute.
Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens slightly.
Gently stir in crab meat (broken up or flaked), Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Heat through.
