Night before:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch or 10 x 14-inch pan.

Pour into 1-quart souffle dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Brown sausage in skillet, then saute green pepper in 1 teaspoon butter.
Put in crock-pot and pour Ragu over.
Let simmer on low about 1/2 hour.
Cook noodles, then drain real good. Add sausage and sauce in crock-pot or put noodles on plate and put sausage sauce on top.
Cook and stir sausage in Dutch oven.
Drain and add rice, cheese, milk, soup and mushrooms.

for 50 minutes.
You can also sprinkle cheese on the top.
