Egg And Sausage Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices bread, crust removed and cubed
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    1 lb. turkey sausage, scrambled and cooked
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can milk
Preparation
    Night before:
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch or 10 x 14-inch pan.
    Layer all bread cubes on the bottom of the dish and then the sausage. Next, layer all of the shredded cheese.
    In a bowl, mix together 2 1/2 cups milk, eggs and the mustard.
    Pour all of the mixture over the bread/cheese/sausage dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
