Unfold pastry sheets.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pastry.
Sprinkle pecans over pastry.
Roll up each pastry, jelly-roll style, starting with a long side (hold the dough firmly and roll rightly so the dough does not sag).
Pinch seam to seal. With a sharp knife cut the dough into 1/2 inch slices.
Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
Combine last four ingrediants for icing until smoot; drizzle to spread over rolls.

First preheat your oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a baking sheet.
On a lightly floured surface, unfold pastry sheets, cutting each sheet into 13 strips, about 3/4 by 10-inches apiece.
In a shallow dish (pie pan), combine Parm. cheese, basil, and garlic.
Brush pastry sticks with melted butter.
Roll pastry in cheese mixture, lightly coating each side.
Gently twist pastry sticks, and place on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
Preheat your oven to 400\u00b0. Roll out puff pastry sheets. Softly scramble 7 eggs and place in center of pastry. Wilt spinach and layer on top of eggs. Continue with ham and then shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Top with second sheet of puff pastry. Seal edges with an egg wash and brush top with egg wash. Cook until golden brown on sheet pan.
Saute onion in oil.
Add curry powder to onion and saute until warmed.
Add ground beef to onions and cook until browned.
When the meat is almost cooked, add soy sauce or salt to taste.
Remove pan from heat and cool a little.
Cut puff pastry sheets into 9 squares. Put a spoonful of beef mixture into center of each square, fold over puff pastry into a triangle, and seal.
