Dan'S Puff Pastry And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Sara Lee puff pastry sheets (enough for 2 batches)
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    6 slices bacon
Preparation
    Thaw pastry sheets for 15 minutes.
    Separate sheets.
    Slice cheeses in approximately one-inch thick slices horizontally. Alternate cheese slices on thawed pastry sheet (making a long block of cheese), first Monterey Jack and then cream cheese slices.
