Pastry Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Layered Puff Pastry Sheets (Pepperidge Farms)
    Green chili to taste*
    Shredded cheddar cheese to taste
Preparation
    Thaw pastry sheets so they are pliable but not completely thawed.
    Spray foil with cooking oil to prevent pastry from sticking.
    Place one sheet on foiled cookie sheet.
    Put as much chili and cheese on sheet as you desire.
    Cover with second pastry sheet.
    Seal edges.
    You may need to wet edges to seal them.
    Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
    Then bake at 350 for another 20 minutes.
