Arrange ribs in roasting pans.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Remove spareribs from pan; drain off excess fat.
Arrange apples, kraut, caraway seed and sugar in alternating layers in same roasting pans.
Pour vinegar over all.
Place partially cooked spareribs on top of kraut and bake 1 hour longer. Serves 50 people.
Saute onions in butter.
Fry hamburger.
Add chili beans, tomato sauce, chili seasoning and tomatoes.
Serves 50 people on a roaster.
Combine all ingredients.
Add to shredded cabbage 30 minutes before serving.
Makes enough for 50 people.
Mix together and simmer ingredients until vegetables are tender.
Add meat and simmer 1/2 hour.
If sauce seems sour to taste, add white sugar as desired.
Quadruple recipe for 100 people; double recipe for 50 people.
Cook noodles in water (slightly salted) until tender; drain. Saute onion in butter.
Add soup, milk and seasonings; stir until well blended.
Boil.
Arrange noodles, turkey and mushroom sauce in alternating layers in greased casserole.
Sprinkle almonds on the top.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Serving size is 3/4 cup.

Simmer chicken in water until tender.
Remove from bones and dice.
Reserve stock.
Cook vegetables with 1 cup shortening until tender.
Melt the 2 1/2 cups fat; stir in flour.
Cook until smooth.
Add chicken stock; cook until thickened, stirring continually.
Add milk, cream, chicken, vegetables and seasoning. Serve on toast, baking powder biscuits or pastry shell.
Serves 50 people.
Put cranberries and oranges through food chopper.
Add sugar. Pour boiling water on gelatin; stir until thoroughly dissolved. Chill only until cold.
Add relish.
Pour into lightly oiled square or rectangular pans.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares. Serves 50 people.
Mix sugar and water together and boil for 5 minutes; set aside to cool.
Mix other ingredients together and pour into cooled sugar water (except the 7-Up).
Put in freezer until slushy.
Add 7-Up and serve.
This may not serve 50 people because it's so good they will want more than 1 serving.
Add boiling water to gelatin mix.
Stir until dissolved.
Add sugar, cold water and fruit juices.
(When ready to serve, add ginger ale.)
The fruit mix should be chilled.
Makes enough for 50 people.

Mix well and pack firmly into greased loaf pans, 3/4 full. You will need 3 loaf pans, about 12 x 4-inch. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour.
Soak bread crumbs in milk.
Add meat, eggs, onion and seasonings.
Mix well.
Form into loaves in 6 loaf pans.
Cover with Piquant Sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Mix ingredients to beans; place in pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Cook and dice potatoes.
Make a gravy with rest of ingredients; pour over potatoes and place in oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until thickened.
If raw potatoes are used, cook 6 hours in 300\u00b0 oven.
Brown chopped meat and add the remaining ingredients, except spaghetti.
Simmer and stir until thickened, about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Serve with cooked spaghetti, cooked as per directions on package.
Serves 50 people.
Cook beans in soda water for 5 minutes. Drain and continue as for baked beans until done.
Shred the first 3 vegetables and then mix with your hands. Add vinegar, oil, salt, 3 pounds sugar and celery seed.
Mix very well.
Let stand for about 1/2 hour and then taste for sweetness. If desired, add 2 pounds more sugar.
Wait 1/2 hour and check taste again.
Use a large roasting pan.
Melt margarine in pan and let pan cool.
Beat eggs, milk and salt together.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Stir after 15 minutes.
At 30 minutes, increase temperature to 350\u00b0.
Stir and bake another 5 to 10 minutes or to desired consistency. Stir and serve.
Pour boiling water over citric acid in large earthen bowl.
Let stand for 24 hours.
Then mix sugar, pineapple juice, orange juice and cold water.
Chill and serve.
Brown meat, peppers, onions and celery.
Add rest of ingredients.
Cook gently for 1 hour.
Serve on split hamburger buns (warmed in oven).
