Potato Salad For 50 People(This Recipe Can Be Doubled.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 lb. potatoes
    2 doz. eggs, boiled in salt water
    2 bunches celery, diced
    1 gal. Miracle Whip
    1/2 c. salt
    2 lb. onions, diced
    2 qt. milk
    1 qt. sweet pickle relish
    1 or 2 large cans diced pimentos
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    8 to 9 heads cabbage
    5 lb. carrots
    5 lb. onions
    1 gal. vinegar
    1 gal. oil
    3 to 5 lb. sugar
    1 c. salt
    1 can celery seed
Preparation
    Shred the first 3 vegetables and then mix with your hands. Add vinegar, oil, salt, 3 pounds sugar and celery seed.
    Mix very well.
    Let stand for about 1/2 hour and then taste for sweetness. If desired, add 2 pounds more sugar.
    Wait 1/2 hour and check taste again.
