Meat Loaf For 50 People - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    8 c. milk
    12 lb. ground beef
    16 eggs
    2 c. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in milk.
    Add meat, eggs, onion and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Form into loaves in 6 loaf pans.
    Cover with Piquant Sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
