Cranberry Orange Salad For 50 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cranberries
    5 oranges
    2 1/2 lb. (5 c.) sugar
    6 1/4 c. boiling water
    5 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry or strawberry flavored gelatin
Preparation
    Put cranberries and oranges through food chopper.
    Add sugar. Pour boiling water on gelatin; stir until thoroughly dissolved. Chill only until cold.
    Add relish.
    Pour into lightly oiled square or rectangular pans.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into squares. Serves 50 people.
