Turkey Noodle Casserole For 50 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. noodles
    3/4 c. minced onion
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    8 cans condensed mushroom soup
    1 1/2 to 2 qt. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 lb. turkey, diced
    2 1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Cook noodles in water (slightly salted) until tender; drain. Saute onion in butter.
    Add soup, milk and seasonings; stir until well blended.
    Boil.
    Arrange noodles, turkey and mushroom sauce in alternating layers in greased casserole.
    Sprinkle almonds on the top.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serving size is 3/4 cup.
    Serves 50 people.
