Italian Pork Chops In Crock-Pot

Brown pork chops in 1 tablespoon oil.
In bottom of crock-pot cut up onion, green pepper, garlic and mushrooms.
Place pork chops on top of mixture.
In small bowl mix tomato sauce, lemon juice and remaining ingredients; pour over pork chops.
Put on low setting for 7 to 9 hours.
Serve hot with side dish of pasta and salad.

Put in crock-pot. Put in a can of mushroom soup.

Usually the stuffing comes out mushy and moist, just the way my family likes it.

Grandma'S Slow Cooker Barbecue Pork Chops

Mix tomato sauce, lemon juice, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Pour half of the sauce mixture into the crock pot.
Layer pork chops in crock pot, and pour the rest of the sauce mixture on top. Make sure that the sauce is covering the pork chops.
Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5 hours.

Crock Pot Chili Pork Chops.....A Must Try!

Cook onions in oil until lightly brown.
Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, water, ketchup and salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes.
Arrange pork chops in crock pot, pour sauce over the chops.
Cover and cook on LOW HEAT for 6-7 hours.
I find that the longer you cook them, the more tender they are.
I normally serve them with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. I put the sauce over the mashed potatoes(yummy!).

Crock Pot Pork Chops

Trim fat from pork chops, coat in flour (I season with salt and pepper) and brown pork

Pour soup over.
Cook on low 5-6 hours.
