Stir constantly over low heat until butter melts.

When ready to prepare, saute mushrooms and onions in oil; set aside.
Brown steak in skillet.
Add Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and onions; simmer for 1/2 hour over low heat.
Remove steak, mushrooms and onions to a large casserole and cover.
With remaining pan juices, prepare a gravy; pour over steak.
Serve with cooked egg noodles.

Sirloin Steak With Onion-Mustard Sauce

In a heavy skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.
Add steak and saute for 2 or 3 minutes on each side if you would like it medium rare and 5 minutes on each side for well done. Remove from pan.
Sprinkle with pepper and set aside in a covered dish.

Grilled Sirloin Steak

Brush grill with oil.
Place steak on grill as close as possible to heat.
Sear for 2 minutes on one side only.
Raise grill approximately 4 inches above heat source and continue grilling until tiny bubbles appear on top of steak.
Only then turn the steak with tongs.
Do not use fork or any utensil that will pierce the meat.
Turn only once!
Repeat above for second side.
When done, brush with butter on each side.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cut against the grain.

Mustard-Topped Sirloin Steak

Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.
In cup, mix Dijon mustard, prepared white horseradish and the crushed garlic clove. Place steak on rack in broiling pan.
Place pan in broiler at closest position to source of heat; broil steak 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare or until of desired doneness; with tongs, turn steak once.
Spread mustard mixture evenly over steak and broil 1 to 2 minutes until golden. Cut steak into thin slices to serve. Makes 4 servings.

Italian Sirloin Steak

Cut steak into 2 x 3-inch strips, then slice in half (thin pieces).
Tenderize with meat mallet.
Mix egg and milk.
Dip steak in batter mix, then roll in bread crumbs.
Fry at medium temperature.
Mix remaining ingredients for tomato base dressing. Heat.
Serve on the side for dipping.
