Italian Sirloin Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sirloin steak
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    Expresso Italian bread crumbs
    1 can tomato paste
    1/2 can water
    1/2 c. meal
    lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    garlic to taste
    oregano to taste
Preparation
    Cut steak into 2 x 3-inch strips, then slice in half (thin pieces).
    Tenderize with meat mallet.
    Mix egg and milk.
    Dip steak in batter mix, then roll in bread crumbs.
    Fry at medium temperature.
    Mix remaining ingredients for tomato base dressing. Heat.
    Serve on the side for dipping.
