Sirloin Steak With Onion-Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. extra virgin flavorful olive oil
    1 lb. sirloin steak
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. low salt beef broth
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.
    Add steak and saute for 2 or 3 minutes on each side if you would like it medium rare and 5 minutes on each side for well done. Remove from pan.
    Sprinkle with pepper and set aside in a covered dish.
