Soak Grape-Nuts in 1 cup sweet milk and 1 cup sour milk for 15 minutes.

Mix together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Add sugar and egg to Grape-Nuts and milk, then add flour mixture.
Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
Grease and flour bread pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 and test for doneness. Center will crack.
Very good when toasted.

Add egg yolks and beat thoroughly. Add lemon juice, flour, Grape-Nuts and milk, mixing well.
Fold in egg whites.
Turn into greased 8-inch baking dish and place in pan of hot water.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Check after 1 hour.
When done, it has a crust on top with the pudding below.
Serve hot or cold with cream.
