"Party" Bread Spread

Mix cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise in small bowl. Spread onto slices of any deli or party bread.
Garnish with pieces of your choice of listed garnishes or make up your own.

Pizza Rounds(Appetizer)

Brown meat and drain.
Cut cheese in chunks.
Place over meat. Cover and simmer until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
Add spices and simmer.
Spoon meat mixture onto round rye bread or small slices party bread.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly brown and bubbly.

Party Ryes

Brown sausage and drain.
Brown hamburger and drain.
Mix together sausage and hamburger.
Add seasonings and cheese, until all cheese is melted.
Let cool.
Spread on rye party bread. Freeze.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Serve.

Cheese Dip In A Bread Bowl

Put the first 6 ingredients in a bowl to soften for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, take the round bread and slice off the top. Hollow out.
Save top and inside of bread to place around the bowl for dipping.
When cheese is soft, slowly add the beer and beat until smooth and fluffy.
Pour into bread bowl and refrigerate. Serve on a round bread board or platter with reserved bread, crackers and party bread.

Party Bread

Want something different from garlic bread?
Make Party Bread. Cut French bread in slices almost to the bottom of loaf.
Mix together the mayonnaise, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and onions. Spread on French bread in between slices.
Wrap entire loaf in aluminum wrap and bake 30 minutes at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.

Party Ryes

Combine mayo, green onion, bacon and Parmesan cheese.
Spread on party rye bread (appetizer loaf by Pepperidge Farm).
Broil until mixture bubbles (approximately 1 to 2 minutes).
Watch carefully!

Party Feta Appetizer

Combine all ingredients, except bread slices.
Toast one side of bread slices.
Spread mayonnaise mixture onto untoasted side of bread slices.
Broil 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
Serve.
Makes 12 appetizers.

Little Reubens

Cook the drained sauerkraut for 5 minutes with the diced onions and 2 tablespoons butter.
Mix corned beef with relish and mustard.
Spread on slice of party bread.
Top with heaping tablespoonful of sauerkraut mixture and slice of Swiss cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
Serve as an appetizer.

Party Rye Appetizer

Mix equal amounts of mayonnaise and cheese.
Spread on party rye bread.
Place in broiler setting in oven until cheese is bubbly and brown.

Party Reubens(Appetizer)

Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.
Spread 1/4 teaspoon butter on top of each bread slice.
Place a half slice of corned beef on each slice, folding beef to fit.
Top each with 1/2 teaspoon sauce mixture, 1 teaspoon sauerkraut and a piece of cheese.
Place bread slices on baking sheet; broil 8 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Yields 2 dozen.

Cucumber Party Bread

Peel and slice cucumber thinly.
Mix cream cheese and dressing mix together in bowl.
Spread cheese mix generously onto bread slice.
Top with a cucumber slice.
Sprinkle a pinchful of dillweed on top.
Repeat.
Make as many as you want depending upon party size.

Quick Chopped Herring Appetizer

Combine herring, juice from jar, white vinegar and sugar.
Add onion, apple, green pepper, 1 slice bread and eggs.
If mixture is too loose, add second slice bread.
Serve as a canape on rye or pumpernickel party bread.
Can be made one day in advance.
Makes 2 pounds or 12 salad portions.

Sausage Rounds Appetizer

Cook beef and sausage in frypan until done. Sprinkle in some garlic and onion powder, oregano and Tabasco sauce.
Mix well. Cut up cheese and add to meat. Cook until it melts.
Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use. Spread on rye party bread.
Put on cookie sheet and broil 2 to 5 minutes.

Janet'S Appetizer

Preheat your oven's broiler.
In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, onion, cheddar, crabmeat, mustard, and garlic powder.
Arrange bread slices on a cookie sheet. Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each slice. Sprinkle the bread slice liberally with lemon pepper spice (this is the key ingredient, so don't be shy with the spice!).
Broil for less than two minutes.

Mushroom On Italian Bread - Appetizer

Fry the mushrooms and garlic in the butter.
Add the cream and stir until thickened.
Toast crusty Italian bread lightly.
Rub with a garlic clove.
Top with the mushroom sauce.

Tuna Crunch

Mix all ingredients together except crackers or party bread. Spread on crackers or party bread.

Party Dip Or Breakfast Bread Treat

Brown sausage and ground beef together.
Add spices.
Add cheese and let melt over medium heat.
Place on loaves and freeze. Use as a party dip.

Party Sandwiches

Brown and drain sausage.
Add cheese.
Spread bread with cheese mixture and top with a slice of pepperoni and a slice of mushroom.
Spread another slice of bread with cheese mixture.
Cut in half or quarters.
Toast just long enough to soften cheese and make crusty for top of sandwich.

Bacon Cheese Puffs

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
Preheat oven to broil.
In a medium bowl combine the bacon, cheese, mustard and mayonnaise. Stir well. Arrange party bread on a cookie sheet. Spoon mixture onto each slice of bread.
Broil for 5 minutes, or until bubbly.

Game Day Sausage Snacks

Preheat the broiler.
Place ground pork sausage and spicy ground pork sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain sausage. Mix in processed cheese sauce. Arrange pumpernickel party bread slices in a single layer on a medium baking sheet. Place even amounts of the sausage mixture on each slice.
Broil the bread slices 3 to 5 minutes, checking frequently, until toasted.
