Little Reubens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    3/4 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
    1 (No. 1) can Bavarian sauerkraut, drained well
    1/4 c. diced onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sweet relish
    2 Tbsp. Gulden's mustard
    1 loaf party bread
Preparation
    Cook the drained sauerkraut for 5 minutes with the diced onions and 2 tablespoons butter.
    Mix corned beef with relish and mustard.
    Spread on slice of party bread.
    Top with heaping tablespoonful of sauerkraut mixture and slice of Swiss cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
    Serve as an appetizer.
