Party Reubens(Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
24 slices party size rye bread
12 thin slices corned beef, cut in half
1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained
6 (1 oz.) slices Swiss cheese, quartered
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.
Spread 1/4 teaspoon butter on top of each bread slice.
Place a half slice of corned beef on each slice, folding beef to fit.
Top each with 1/2 teaspoon sauce mixture, 1 teaspoon sauerkraut and a piece of cheese.
Place bread slices on baking sheet; broil 8 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Yields 2 dozen.
