Party Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf rye square party bread
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 pkg. pepperoni
    fresh mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Add cheese.
    Spread bread with cheese mixture and top with a slice of pepperoni and a slice of mushroom.
    Spread another slice of bread with cheese mixture.
    Cut in half or quarters.
    Toast just long enough to soften cheese and make crusty for top of sandwich.
