Italian Breaded Steak

In medium size bowl beat eggs and milk; set aside.
In another medium size bowl put bread crumbs, garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese.
Cut top round steak into desired serving size. Dip steak pieces, one at a time, first into egg mixture; then dip into bread crumbs.
Cook in olive oil until golden brown.
Put in low heated oven while cooking remaining pieces.

Take round steak, put in egg and milk mixture and let soak for a while.
Put bread crumbs on paper or plate.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Heat skillet; add 1/4 cup of oil to hot pan.
Cook on medium until preferred doneness.

Italian Cube Steak

Season cube steak with garlic salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet.
Mix eggs in bowl and dip steak on both sides in eggs. Pour 1/2 cup bread crumbs in a large bowl; put steak in crumbs. Bread well on both sides.
Place breaded steaks into skillet and cook for 10 minutes, turning once.

Sicilian Steak

Blend bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, parsley and seasoning in medium bowl.
Set aside.
Cut round steak into individual serving size pieces, set aside.
Beat 2 eggs in a separate shallow bowl.
Grease or oil a 13 x 9 baking pan.
Dip pieces into egg and then dredge in crumb mixture and lay in pan (do not overlap pieces).
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F.
Lay tomato slices over breaded steak.
Cover pan with foil and bake for one hour at 325.
Pull foil off and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Allow to simmer approximately 15 minutes on med-high heat, then reduce to low to keep warm.

Italian Breaded Tilapia

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in a quart size ziploc bag.
Pour Italian dressing in a different quart size ziploc bag.'.
Place tilapia, one piece at a time, into the bag with Italian dressing and shake.
Then put in the bag with the breadcrumb mixture and shake.
Repeat with other fillets. Mound any unused breading on top of fish.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, until fish is done and topping is browned.

Evenly spread bread crumbs and mushrooms over the steak. Roll the steak with seasonings toward the center and secure with string or toothpicks.

Italian Breaded Boneless Chicken Breast

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2. Mix Parmesan cheese and Italian bread crumbs in a bowl.
3. Rinse chicken under cold water. trim off fat from chicken and slice into halves. Pat chicken dry.
4. Lightly coat chicken into the mayonnaise, then into the bread crumbs mixture to coat. Arrange coated chicken on a baking sheet.
5. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, flipping once halfway through (this helps avoid loosing bottom coat). Cook for full duration or until coating is golden brown.

145 medium rare, 160 medium, 170 well done.
Personal note: this cut of meat is tough, so you MUST slice it thinly, across the grain. Also, it really is best cooked to no more than medium rare. My personal preference is just under med rare.
