Italian Breaded Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    egg
    milk
    bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    Italian seasoning
    oil
Preparation
    Take round steak, put in egg and milk mixture and let soak for a while.
    Put bread crumbs on paper or plate.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
    Put cut pieces of steak into bread crumb mixture, about one teaspoon each of seasoning.
    After breading, let dry for 15 minutes.
    Heat skillet; add 1/4 cup of oil to hot pan.
    Cook on medium until preferred doneness.
    Very good.
