Italian Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium flank steak
salt and pepper to taste
2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 bottle Mama Rizzo's spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Pound flank steak and season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
Evenly spread bread crumbs and mushrooms over the steak. Roll the steak with seasonings toward the center and secure with string or toothpicks.
Place the steak in a medium or large pot and completely cover with the spaghetti sauce.
Simmer for 40 to 50 minutes.
