Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 20 to 24 (4 to 5-inch) pieces cubed steak
    10 oz. jar brown gravy mix
    salt and pepper
    1 large can mushrooms, pureed
    flour
    oil
Preparation
    Cover bottom of skillet to 1/4 to 1/2-inch of oil.
    Heat. Lightly salt and pepper steak pieces.
    Roll steak in flour until covered.
    Fry breaded steak in oil until browned on both sides. Drain well.
    Put meat in gravy.
