Breaded Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. top sirloin steak, sliced very thin (1/4 inch or thinner)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Parmesan grated cheese
    flavored bread crumbs
    oil (olive or any oil)
Preparation
    Flatten steaks\tinto
    nice
    serving portions.
    Mix eggs and cheese together.
    Dip
    steak
    into\tegg mixture, then into bread crumbs.
    Coat well.
    Fry
    quickly
    in hot oil.
    Place on paper towel to remove any excess oil.
    This is good with fried potatoes or with side dish of spaghetti and a salad.
