Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.

Pigs In A Blanket Pancake Muffins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add the pancake mix, milk, eggs, oil, and syrup to a medium mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Chop the cooked sausage links into small pieces and stir into the batter.
Pour batter 2/3 full into a greased or lined muffin tin.
Bake for 13 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Serve with extra syrup, as desired.

Hungry Jack Loaded Baked Potato Casserole

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with no stick cooking spray.
Combine evaporated milk, water, butter, potato slices and sauce mix, in a 5-quart pot, over medium heat, just until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and chives or green onions. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Apple Sausage Brunch Cake

Brown sausage.
Pour pancake mix into measuring cup and level off.
In a small mixer bowl, blend pancake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, milk and egg at medium speed.
Pour in chopped apples.
Pour into greased baking dish (8 or 9-inch round pan).
Arrange sausage on top of batter.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot with maple syrup.

French Fried Zucchini

Cut zucchini
in half crosswise.
Cut each half into 8 strips.
Dip zucchini in batter made with pancake mix, vinegar and water. Shake off excess.
Cook in a depth of 2 to 3-inches of oil in a Dutch oven or heavy saucepan, heated to 350\u00b0.
Fry zucchini until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately. Yields about 6 appetizer servings.

Combine egg, milk, sugar and oil in a large bowl.
Add pancake mix; stir just until mix is moistened.
Spoon into well-greased muffin cups, 3/4 full.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.

In large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, oil, milk and egg. Stir by hand until blended. Stir in ham, onion and pepper; mix well. Drop by heaping tablespoons in a ring around edge of ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes until golden brown.

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 10 muffin cups.

Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.
Cook 3 minutes to blend.

Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
Place 1 biscuit in each greased muffin cup.
Press in bottom and up sides to rim.
Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into each biscuit cup.
Sprinkle with cheese.
