Hungry Jack Buttermilk Peachy Sausage Bake(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. pancake mix (any kind)
    3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 egg
    3/4 lb. ground pork sausage, browned and drained
    16 oz. can (2 c.) diced/sliced peaches, well drained (reserve syrup)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 8-inch square pan or baking dish.
    In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, oil and egg. Stir in prepared sausage and peaches.
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 34 to 40 minutes, or until deep, golden brown.
    Serve warm with Peach Maple Syrup.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
