Hungry Jack Biscuit Barbecups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 10 muffin cups.
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.
    Cook 3 minutes to blend.
    Stir constantly.
    Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
    Place 1 biscuit in each greased muffin cup.
    Press in bottom and up sides to rim.
    Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into each biscuit cup.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are brown.
    Cool 2 minutes. Remove from pan.
    Makes 10 servings.
