Add mayo alternately with cream.
Whip until smooth and refridgerate for 4 or more hours before serving.

Cover raisins, currants and fruit with cognac for at least 1 hour.
Drain; mix with nuts and knead into bread dough.
Cut dough in half; roll each piece into an oval about 1/2-inch thick.
Fold over almost in half, so that bottom edge extends beyond the top. Lightly roll to set.
Place on a buttered baking sheet; allow to rise until puffy.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 45 minutes until loaves are golden brown.
Brush again with melted butter while loaves are warm.

Helen Corbitt'S Poppy Seed Dressing

Mix sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar.
Add onion juice and stir thoroughly.
Put in food processor.
Add oil slowly, beating constantly, until thick.
Stir in poppy seed.
Store in a cool place, but do not let freeze.
Serve on fresh fruit.
Makes 1 quart.

Helen'S Baked Macaroni And Cheese

In a sauce pan melt butter, stir in flour, mustard and salt. Slowly add milk and stir and slowly add cheese until all ingredients are blended together and cheese is melted.
I use a large Pyrex glass measuring bowl or cup and do this in a microwave oven until all ingredients are melted and blended!
Add macaroni and place ingredients in a buttered 8x9 Pyrex dish and bake 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees. Helen Bobe baked until the top was lightly browned!

Mile-High Apple Pie

Roll one-half the pastry on floured surface into circle 1-inch larger than inverted pie pan.
Ease pastry into pan.
Combine cornstarch, Equal for Recipes, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; sprinkle over apples in large bowl and toss.
Arrange apples in pie crust. Roll remaining pastry into circle large enough to fit top of pie. Place on top of pie; seal edges, trim and flute.
Slash top crust in pattern of your choice.
