Blue Cheese Dressing (Helen Corbitt Adaptation) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup blue Stilton cheese
2/3 cup half-and-half
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon beau monde seasoning (May Omit or To Taste)

Preparation

Blend cheeses with the seasonings.
Add mayo alternately with cream.
Whip until smooth and refridgerate for 4 or more hours before serving.
