Helen'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo or butter (Helen uses butter)
    1 c. oil (Helen uses Crisco)
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 1/2 c. plain flour (Helen uses all-purpose)
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar, then add eggs, then oil and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture.
    Drop by teaspoons and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
