Cook egg noodles in boiling water with 1 tsp salt. Drain.
While the noodles are cooking, microwave peas 5 minutes; drain any accumulated water and set aside.
Combine ham, cheese, soup, milk and mustard in a 3-qt casserole while the peas are cooking.
Add noodles and peas; stir to blend. Microwave on high 6-8 minutes, stirring once.

Grease or butter a baking dish. Layer sliced raw potato and chopped ham (as much as you want). Potatoes, ham, then more potatoes. Sprinkle with chopped onion and chopped green pepper if you want. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
White Sauce= Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a pan, stir in 1 Tbsp. flour and then slowly add 3/4 cup milk. Cook (med heat) until thickened and bubbly. Add shredded cheddar cheese and cook and stir until melted (turn-down to Low heat). Pour over ham and potatoes. Place in oven and bake about 30 -35 minutes.
Place bread evenly in 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Layer ham, red pepper and cheese over bread and set aside.
Combine milk and next 4 ingredients.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the ham for 2-3 mins.
Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Bring the milk and butter to a boil in a pan. Drain the potatoes, pour the hot milk over them and mash. Spread the mashed potatoes into 4 small ovenproof baking dishes and put a slice of ham in each, followed by a slice of pineapple slices and the cherry tomatoes. In a sauce pan combine milk, soup and the cubed cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted and thickens a bit.
Then fold in the vegetables and the ham.
Stir a minute or two for the veggies to soften up.

Next transfer to a put into a 2 quart ovenproof dish.
Cover the mixture with stuffing mix to cover the whole dish.

Soak rice in 3 cups of water for 1 hr in rice pot, then cook rice.
Brown, rinse, and drain ground beef - return to pot.
Season ground beef.
Sautee onions, celery, and garlic with seasoned ground beef.
Add mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and 1/4 cup of water to pot - mix well.
Add rice to the pot - fold in (don't stir or you will break up the rice).
Place rice mixture in casserole dish.
Bake at 325 (convect) for 45 min
If you don't have a convection oven - bake at 325 for 1 hour.
Spray small egg pan with cooking spray. add eggs to small bowl and whisk well.
Cook egg until done.
While eggs are cooking, toast the muffin in toaster.
When muffin and eggs are done, place egg on top of muffin half, add ham slice to pan and heat for 1 minute.
Add cheese slice to egg, add warm ham on top of cheese, spread Smart Balance on muffin top and add to sandwich.
