Apple Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked diced ham
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 apples, cored and sliced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Arrange cooked diced ham in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish; spread with mustard. Arrange the cored and sliced apples over ham. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine brown sugar, orange rind and flour and sprinkle over ham. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
