Cauliflower And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 lb cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 cups milk
7 oz ham, diced
1 tbsp dijon mustard
4.25 oz aged cheese, grated
None None salad, to serve
Preparation

Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water for 7 mins. Drain.
Meanwhile, combine cornstarch with 1/4 cup milk. Bring remaining milk to a boil over high heat then whisk in cornstarch slurry. Add ham and mustard. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, for 1 min, until sauce thickens. Add 1/2 of the cheese. Season.
Preheat broiler. Combine cauliflower and sauce. Transfer to an 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese then broil for 5-7 mins, until golden. Serve with salad.
