Brown hamburger meat with chopped onion.

Punch holes in bottom of foil with a fork.
Put 1 cup water in bottom of broiler pan then place loaves on rack over broiler pan.
Do not broil, just use the broiler pan because you need the sausage over the water.
Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 325 degrees.

Add the chili powder, salt, bread, tomato paste and water and mix well.
Cook over low heat until thickened.
Roll out the pastry on a floured surface and cut into 6-inch circles.
Fold over and crimp the edge with a fork. Brush with butter and place on a baking sheet.
