Hamburger Sausage(Summer Sausage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger (use the cheapest so it's not too lean)
    2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
    5 rounded Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid hickory smoke
Preparation
    Mix hamburger and spices well with your hands once a day for three days.
    On day 4, form into rolls; place on cool cookie sheet.
    Bake for 6 hours at 175\u00b0.
